WPD012 – Early Freight Buffers (HO Scale)
These buffers were the standard for Queensland rail from the 1880s right up until the 1950s.
They are at home on ALL timber bodied wagons.
These buffers are made from injection molded Acetyl to ensure a strong yet detailed item to enhance your rollingstock.
These items have been designed with the buffer partially compressed to ensure they work with tighter radius curves without fouling couplers, causing “buffer lock” or forcing you to use long shank couplers.
All this to ensure you can have prototypical appearing models with a close coupled look.
