The Wimmera: A journey through western Victoria is a partner volume to our recent best-seller, The Mallee: A journey through north-west Victoria, of which almost 7000 copies have been sold. It is another stunning written and photographic documentary, focusing on the small towns that dot the Wimmera. The book follows the various used and disused railway lines through the Wimmera, stopping at places like Glenorchy, Dimboola, Nhill, Serviceton, Jeparit, Harrow, Apsley and just about everywhere else in between.
The team that produced The Mallee book – Adam McNicol, Andrew Chapman, Jaime Murcia, Melanie Dove, Noel Butcher, Erin Jonasson and Phil Campbell – all return for this one. And we are delighted to welcome another superstar photographer, David Callow, to the team.
