Description

Stories of Steam HD Volume 1 contains 100 minutes of stunning high definition footage recorded over ten years showing steam locomotives hard at work in NSW.

Some of the highlights include:

• 3801 hauling the “Gosford Flyer” trips in July 2005 and later wearing its “grey nurse” livery that it carried for a few months in 2006 double heading with 3112 up the escarpment to Robertson.
• 3642 double heading, first with 3526 over the Blue Mountains in May 2008 then with 3016 from Canberra to Bungendore in April 2011.
• 3237 double heading, first with 5917 from Cowra to Goulburn in April 2006 and later with 3265 on shuttles around Gloucester in May 2013.
• 6029 storming up the Molonglo Gorge and on to Picton in July 2015.
