NSWGR K Wagon – 1930s–1940s Era with Buffers, HO Scale 5-Pack (K002)

Over 6000 U and K wagons were built from 1921 to 1946. The U had underfloor hopper outlets, the K had a plain floor. Various sub-classes were modified from the basic wagons: KH (four hoppers only), KF flat wagons, RU (new build wheat hoppers to same basic design); UT (coal wagons for rotary tippler) and others. They remained in traffic until the 1970s and form an essential part of any mid-20th century NSWGR model scene.
