NCE EB1 Circuit Breaker Module (Version 1.1)

Description

NCE – 524-225 – EB1 Circuit Breaker Version 1.1

Provides short circuit protection for one power district. Can be used with most DCC systems. Default trip time is 30 times faster compared to the basic overload setting in all NCE systems.

Electronic circuit breaker for use on DCC layouts only. Does not work with DC.

• Provides short circuit protection for one power district
• Trip current adjustable for 1.5 to 8 Amps
• Easy hookup using screw terminals, no soldering
• Status indication LED – goes OFF when no track power is present.
• Additional output for remote LED
• Optional manual reset if you attach an external momentary push button
• Adjustable short circuit response time. Default of 16mS.
• Adjustable power-up response time to accommodate startup of sound decoder equipped locomotives

Note: The EB1 is designed for use with DCC systems only.
