How to Use the Original Jacknobber II
The smaller knobs provide more intense pressure while the larger knobs provide a gentler pressure. Use one knob at a time to press deeply into embedded trigger points; use two knobs at a time on either side of the spine. Arguably this is the most satisfying hand held massage tool available.
The multi-directional prongs allow the tool to be stabilized on the floor or against a wall, chair back, or seat bottom while you press your muscles into it.
