The seventh production in this popular series of videos illustrating a wide range of diesel locomotives working in a variety of locations in New South Wales. Recorded in 1997 & 1998, highlights of this video include:

• Scenes of the few remaining 422 class locos still in service to FreightCorp early in 1999 working hard banking heavy coal trains on the Illawarra line and moving freight on the Short South.
• Footage recorded during a very busy day in July 1998 on the Metropolitan Goods line at Rookwood.
• Withdrawn Silver City Comet and DEB railmotor rollingstock being hauled by 4990, 4520, 4701 & 4716.
