Complete with piping, nozzles, platforms and stairway, safety sign decals, nonworking light fixtures and more. The photo shows two kits combined to build a longer platform. Parts come molded in appropriate base colors. Use the Oil Loading Platform at Cornerstone HO Scale industries where cars are loaded with bulk liquids.
