Description
“Diesel Diary – 16” continues the theme of illustrating a wide range of diesel locomotives working in a variety of locations in New South Wales.
Highlights of this video include:
- A segment devoted to the loco hauled Griffith express that ran during the second half of the 1990s, with scenes of 422s 81s and 48s racing this train through southern NSW and including a cab ride in 42220.
- Views of an amazing variety of loco combinations, including 421s, 44s, 47s, 422s, ELs, Gs, Xs, B80, GM22 & GM27 hauling Lachlan Valley Rail Freight’s train no.4168 up the Cowan Bank during 2000 and early 2001.
