Based on a typical tilt-up or tip-up concrete structure, buildings like this can be found all over North America from the 1970s to the present, the finished model makes a great stand-alone warehouse or manufacturing plant, or support facility for a larger industry. Use it as a destination for boxcars and trucks as well as in a light manufacturing setting. This kit includes multiple truck doors, railcar door for cars to be unloaded inside and a wall section with windows to simulate a small office.
